Phoenix Food Culture

If you are like me, you love that things are looking up downtown. A few years ago I thought this city was lacking its own, much needed, culture. But evoloution is taking place and I am delighted to discover what amazing potential we knew we had! Visitors have told me we have a fun, unique food culture..little houses that have been re-done into a great little restaurants. WE LOVE YOU little restaurants!

Oakville Grocery Opened at Cityscape Downtown (New Owners Coming Soon)

Strawberry Lavender Scone. Delicious.
Check it out especially if you live or work downtown. They have a great selection of fresh food and baked goods as well as a wine bar and fresh prepared food selections. A bit pricey but convenient, and if you are looking for a healthy bite on your lunch break, I find that it is worth it. It can be fun to just peruse the aisles, scan the options, and observe the scene.  A valuable commodity previously lacking in Phoenix's Downtown area. Welcome Oakville!
